What goes into your permanent lighting quote?
Start with a front photo of the house and tell us which sides or rear areas you want included. Roofline length, height, access, corners and the route to a power supply affect the work. Ask for the proposed coverage to be marked clearly so you know which areas are included.
Our permanent lighting system uses colour-matched aluminium tracks with five LEDs per metre. You can choose warm white for everyday use or change colours and patterns through the app. We discuss the layout, controls and installation scope before preparing your quote.
Installation, controls and handover
Once you approve the scope, we arrange installation with our team. Access and weather can affect scheduling. At handover, we show you the app controls, how to set schedules and how to contact us for support.
If you want lighting for a particular holiday or event, tell us the date when you request a quote. We confirm availability before promising an installation date.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our permanent eaves lighting includes a lifetime parts warranty. Parts and labour are included during the first five years; reasonable labour charges may apply after that period. Ask for the written coverage, exclusions and service arrangements with your quote.
